Quick Policy Guide

IN-STORE PICKUP AND DELIVERY:

  • 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE - NO EXCEPTIONS
    • All pre-orders must be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need it sooner, please come visit us in store!
  • PICK YOUR DATE
    • Please pick a date at checkout. If you do not specify a date utilizing our calendar, we will complete it the next business day. 
  • NO GUARANTEED TIME
    • We do not guarantee a time before 6pm on the pickup or delivery date because some items will be brought in fresh the day of pickup. If you need it by a specific time on a specific day, please choose the day prior as your pickup date. 
  • YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN READY
    • You will receive a notification through email or text (whichever you pick at checkout) when your order is ready. If you come prior to that - we will kindly ask you to return to the store when we notify you it is done.

SHIPPING ORDERS

  • WE ONLY SHIP ON TUESDAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS 
    • We cut all orders fresh. To ensure your product arrives safely we must freeze it for 24+ hours. To accomplish this, we must cut it by close of day Sunday and let it freeze until the next business day, which is Tuesday. 
  • MUST ORDER BY 4PM SUNDAY - NO EXCEPTIONS
    • We are closed on Mondays, so all shipping orders must be placed by close of day at 4pm Sunday evenings.
  • SELECT YOUR TUESDAY
    • If you would like us to ship on a specific Tuesday, please utilize our calendar on the checkout page. If you choose to not utilize it or you select a different day of the week, we will ship on the following available Tuesday.
  • NEXT DAY AIR OR 2ND DAY AIR IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED
    • Once we ship the package, it is out of our hands. We cannot guarantee anything after we ship it. Although next day air and 2nd day air is pricier than ground, it is much more reliable to get our product for you.
