Due to our product being perishable, we are unable to accept returns. * If you choose to pick up your order, we will contact you when it is ready. Please do not arrive until you get the confirmation from us. Once you have received confirmation, it has to be picked up within 24 hours per health code & to ensure freshness - if it is not we will have to dispose of it.
Depending on current in stock, the pickup time will be scheduled for pickup within a minimum of 24 hours after the order is placed. You may select your pickup date on the calendar on the checkout page. If you do not select a date, it will be completed the following business day and you will be expected to pickup within 24 hours of receiving notice. The order will not be completed the same day under any circumstances. If you need an order same day, please visit us in store during business hours. If the timeline is changed for any reason, Upper Cut KC management will contact you via text or phone call.
We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
**We are not responsible for any damaged or mishandled packages. If your package is damaged/stolen please contact UPS to file a claim.**
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using dry ice in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.
* We currently ship orders on Tuesdays (holidays excluded). Orders must be made by 4 pm CST the Sunday prior in order to be processed and shipped the following Tuesday. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Please allow for extra shipping time during busy seasons, or holidays. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time. You will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.
* Large beef orders may be sent a second invoice to cover the cost of additional shipping materials. In this case, the customer will be emailed the second invoice (sent to the email account used during checkout). Your order will not be shipped until the second invoice has been paid.
