Our incredible Akaushi prime rib slow smoked and shaved to perfection, we top it with creamy provolone, dunk it in our house made au jus and serve it on rosemary crusted French bread with our house made garlic aioli. 

We strongly recommend our garlic butter caramelized onions on it! 

-Get it "knocked out" with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & garlic butter. 
-Add on options: Bacon, avocado, Jalapeno en escabeche, caramelized onions, extra cheese or sauerkraut. 

All sandwiches come with your choice of our smoky bacon potato salad, chips or rotating weekly specialty side.
