Our Akaushi Tenderloin is destined to WOW your dinner party! These prime+ tenderloins are lean, cut with a fork tender, and very easy to cook. We courtesy trim and tie all of our tenderloins so it is ready for you as soon as you take it out of the package!

We recommend 1 lb. per person before trim to account for shrink when cooking & the pre-trim weight.
