Angus Filet Tenderloin

Our Angus Tenderloin is the most tender muscle on an entire beef - typically a bit bigger than our Akaushi Prime+ ones. The tenderloin is lean, extremely tender, and very easy to cook. We courtesy trim and tie all of our tenderloins so it is ready for you as soon as you take it out of the package!

We recommend 1 lb. per person before trim to account for shrink when cooking & the pre-trim weight.

Filet Steaks are cut from the tenderloin. Our Angus Tenderloins are available in 3 size options. Want us to cut the tenderloin into steaks for you?
