Our delicious slow smoked insanely tender #wagyu Akaushi #brisket piled high, our 5 cheese blend of cheddar, Swiss, American, pepperjack and gouda. Topped with our garlic #butter caramelized onions, our crispy bacon and drizzled with our white sauce on sourdough bread.

We like to add jalapenos + #mushrooms + peppers to ours❗️

-Get it "knocked out" with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & garlic butter. 

-Add on options: Bacon, avocado, Jalapeno en escabeche, caramelized onions, extra cheese or sauerkraut. 

All sandwiches come with your choice of our smoky bacon potato salad, chips or rotating weekly specialty side.
