Pork Collar

Also known as a boneless pork shoulder or pork butt, ours come from top of the line pork. We use these in all of our pork products - including sausages and brats. They make great smoke and shred or have them cut into pork steaks for an easy grill. 

They are typically 3-4 lbs each
