All of our summer sausage is made and smoked in house and simply amazing! Simply slice & plate for a great snack, side or appetizer. We offer four different flavors - Original, Jalapeno Cheddar, Pepper-jack, and Habanero Ghost Pepper. Each roll is about a pound.
